Your credential should be able to answer one question: what can someone do now that they couldn't do before?

I design certification and continuing education programs for nonprofits, professional associations, and credentialing bodies:  from the competency architecture through the measurement plan, with fractional leadership available to run it once it's built.

Who is this for?

You're building a new credential or CE program, or you have one that isn't doing what you hoped. Maybe participation is strong but practice change is hard to point to. Maybe you're heading toward accreditation review and you're not sure the program holds up. Maybe your members sit on years of your content and have no structured way to advance.

This path is for organizations that own or are building training that the field looks to for guidance and best practices.

Services

Certification & CE Program Design

$8,000 - $20,000+

The core engagement. We start with your standards, your learner population, and the capability gap your credential exists to close. Then we build: program and pathway design, competency and assessment architecture, content development mapped to required standards, governance structure.

What you end up with is a program that can defend its claims — to your board, your accreditor, and the field you serve.

Scope depends on program complexity, content volume, and how much needs to be built from the ground up versus refined. I'll tell you the number before we start, not after.

Career Advancement Blueprint

Progression Readiness Diagnostic: ~$3,500 (Creditable)

Blueprint: $8,000 - $18,000 per lane

We turn your back-catalog into career-progression lanes for the field you serve, connecting advancement to demonstrated capability.

How it works:

  1. Start with a Progression Readiness Diagnostic (~$3,500 flat). Before anything is built, we assess honestly whether your content, your field's competency picture, and your recognition options can support real advancement lanes and where the gaps are. You get a plain go / build-first recommendation and a first-lane proposal. If we proceed within 90 days, the diagnostic fee credits toward your first Blueprint.

  2. Then we design your first Blueprint; defining competency progression, your content mapped and quality-scored against each level, demonstration gates, recognition design (badge, CE designation, member tier, or credential tie-in), and a measurement plan. Delivered as a lane map you can act on and grow from.

What this honestly isn't: if the content to support a credible lane isn't there yet, I'll tell you — and tell you what to build first — rather than dress up a gap as a pathway. A lane that isn't earned is worse than no lane at all.

Program Health Check

Scoped with you

For organizations that already own a credential or CE program and want an honest read on how it's performing. We look at design integrity, assessment quality, learner evidence, and whether the program holds up to what it claims. You get a plain-language report with a prioritized action list.

This is a good starting point if you're heading into accreditation review, have noticed drift in outcomes, or inherited a program you didn't design. It often feeds directly into a redesign engagement or a fractional leadership arrangement.

Fractional Certification/CE Leadership

$3,000 / $5,000 / $7,500–$9,000 per month

Once the program is designed or already exists, the work doesn't end. Fractional leadership means I stay on as the function — governing the recognition program, managing SME relationships, tracking evidence, reporting to leadership, and making sure the measurement actually happens for as long as you need, ready to hand the program over once you've trained or hired the person to lead it into the future.

Monthly leadership cadence — roadmap management, program prioritization, CE compliance oversight

Biweekly leadership cadence — program management, SME oversight, measurement, curriculum review

Weekly leadership cadence — portfolio management, governance, executive reporting, direct program oversight

I sell access, responsibility, and outcomes — not a clock.

A word on standards and accreditation

My CE work has reached 50,000+ physicians in ACCME-aligned programs, and I've worked within a $1M+ certification and training portfolio.

For accreditation-bound builds that require psychometric expertise, I bring in a specialist partner rather than overclaiming that capability myself. You'll know before we scope whether that applies to your situation.

Still unsure if this is the solution?

A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to figure out which entry point fits where you are and whether this is the right kind of engagement.
